Steel Front Doors Factory Direct
Factory-direct steel front doors — built for commercial, residential, and project-scale sourcing. 18+ years manufacturing main entrance doors for distributors, contractors, and importers across North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Every unit inspected before it loads.

What Makes a Front Door Different from the Rest of the Line
A front door is not just another steel door. It's the first thing your downstream customer — or their client — sees and touches. That means the spec requirements are different: the surface finish has to hold up to daily handling and direct weather exposure, the frame-to-leaf fit has to be tight enough that the door doesn't rattle or let in drafts, and the hardware has to cycle reliably for years without service calls.
For you as a buyer, those requirements translate directly into warranty exposure. A front door that looks good in a container photo but develops surface rust or a sagging hinge within 18 months is a returns problem, not a sales win.
We've been manufacturing steel front doors since 2008. The main entrance door is one of our highest-volume product types, and the production decisions we've made on it — gauge selection, pre-treatment chemistry, frame tolerance — reflect what we've learned from shipping to markets where buyers hold us accountable for downstream performance. The spec we run today is not the spec we started with.

SPCC Cold-Rolled Steel
1.0–1.2mm leaf gauge with 1.5–2.0mm frame — the gauge differential is intentional. Heavier frame absorbs installation stress; leaf gauge is optimized for weight and finish adhesion.
60–80μm Powder Coat
Electrostatic application at 60–80μm film thickness. 60+ RAL colors standard. Wood-grain transfer film available for residential and hospitality projects.
3-Point Locking Standard
3-point locking system ships as standard. Multi-point upgrade available. 3× heavy-duty ball-bearing hinges rated to 100,000 cycles.
EPDM Full-Perimeter Seal
Compression weatherstrip runs the full perimeter — not just the top and sides. Eliminates draft infiltration at the threshold, which is the most common field complaint on budget entrance doors.
How We Build the Front Door: Process Decisions That Protect Your Margin
The front door gets more scrutiny than any other door in a building — from the end user, from the installer, and eventually from whoever handles warranty claims. We build it accordingly.
CNC Laser Cutting — ±0.5mm Tolerance
Door panels are cut from SPCC cold-rolled steel coil on CNC laser equipment, holding ±0.5mm dimensional tolerance. That tolerance matters at the frame-to-leaf fit: a door that's 1mm out of square at the factory becomes a 3mm gap problem in the field after the frame is set in concrete. We tightened our cutting tolerance after early export orders came back with frame-fit complaints — the fix was a process adjustment, but the lesson shaped how we spec every front door run since.
Roll-Formed Frame — Matched-Set Dimensional Check
The frame is roll-formed from 1.5–2.0mm cold-rolled steel on our hydraulic frame line. We run the frame and leaf as a matched set — they're dimensionally checked against each other before the door goes to pre-treatment, not after coating when a rework would mean stripping and recoating. That's a step a lot of factories skip because it slows the line. We keep it because the alternative is a coating rework cost that's three times higher.
Zinc Phosphate Pre-Treatment — 500-Hour Salt Spray
Before powder coating, every door body goes through our zinc phosphate pre-treatment bath. We switched from iron phosphate to zinc phosphate in 2020 after seeing adhesion failures on coastal-market orders — the zinc phosphate bonds to the steel substrate at a molecular level and gives the powder coat a corrosion-resistant base that iron phosphate simply doesn't match. The result: our powder coat passes a 500-hour salt spray test, which is the threshold most North American and European buyers need for coastal and high-humidity installations. Zero RMA for your downstream customers on finish failures.

Automated Powder Line — 60–80μm Consistent Film
The automated powder line applies 60–80μm film thickness consistently across the full panel surface, including recessed embossed profiles. Thin spots on embossed panels are where finish failures start — the electrostatic application and convection cure oven we run eliminate that variable. For wood-grain finishes, we apply a thermal transfer film over the powder base coat, giving a realistic grain texture that holds up to UV and handling without peeling.
100% Pre-Pack Test-Fit — No Statistical Sampling
Every completed front door is test-fitted with its frame before packing. Hardware is cycled — hinges, lock mechanism, and closer if specified — and the door is checked for squareness and gap consistency. 100% of units are inspected before they load. No statistical sampling.
Market Segments: Where Front Doors Move at Volume
The front door is one of the broadest-demand products in the door category. Here's where we see consistent B2B volume and what drives the order patterns.
Residential Construction & Real Estate Development
Developers building multi-unit residential projects — apartment blocks, townhouse estates, gated communities — specify front doors by the hundreds per project. A 200-unit residential development typically requires 200–250 front door sets (accounting for service entrances and secondary units).
Steel front doors at the 1.0–1.2mm gauge spec hit the price-to-performance point that developers target: durable enough for a 10-year warranty commitment, cost-effective enough to protect project margins.
Replacement & Renovation
Homeowners and property managers replacing aging wooden or hollow-core doors with steel are a consistent demand source in North America, Australia, and Western Europe. The key spec for this segment is the KD (knock-down) adjustable frame — it fits into existing rough openings without masonry modification, which is what makes a steel door a viable replacement option rather than a full renovation project.
We offer KD frames with ±15mm width adjustment as standard on our front door range, so your customers can fit the door without a contractor on-site. This detail alone has driven significant repeat orders from our North American distribution buyers — it's the spec that converts a "too complicated" objection into a sale.
Commercial & Light Industrial Entry
Office buildings, retail storefronts, small warehouses, and mixed-use developments that need a front door with commercial-grade durability but residential-style aesthetics. The 45mm panel with multi-point locking and a wood-grain or smooth powder finish covers this spec.
Order volumes in this segment tend to run 20–100 units per project, with contractors and fit-out companies as the typical buyer. The spec requirements — multi-point lock, closer, specific RAL color — justify a premium over commodity product.
Export & OEM Private-Label
We supply front doors under buyer labels to distributors in North America, the Middle East, and Australia who want factory-direct pricing without the EUWOO brand on the product. Our front door range serves buyers building their own branded product lines.
MOQ for OEM front door programs starts at 100 units per SKU, with free 3D rendering and design consultation before you commit to tooling.

Segment Order Patterns at a Glance
- Residential development: 200–250 sets per 200-unit project, repeatable reorder cycles
- Replacement/renovation: steady baseline volume, KD frame drives conversion
- Commercial entry: 20–100 units/project, higher per-unit margin on spec requirements
- OEM/private-label: 100-unit MOQ per SKU, factory-direct pricing under your brand
Customization: What You Can Specify, What Has Limits
Front doors are one of our most customized product types. Here's what's available and where the practical limits are.
Size
Single leaf width 700–960mm, height 2000–2100mm as standard.
Non-standard sizes — wider panels, taller frames, double-leaf configurations up to 1800mm combined width — available with a minimum 100-unit run. Below 100 units on non-standard sizes, tooling changeover cost doesn't make sense for either side.
Panel Design
Smooth flat panel, embossed geometric or raised-panel profiles, and wood-grain thermal transfer film are all standard options.
Custom emboss tooling available for OEM programs at 500+ units. We've done custom panel profiles for buyers building private-label lines in the Gulf and North American markets.
Color
60+ RAL colors from our standard powder line with no MOQ premium.
Custom RAL colors outside our standard range require a 200-unit minimum per color due to powder line changeover. Wood-grain film colors (oak, walnut, mahogany, dark wenge) available at standard MOQ.
Hardware
3-point locking system is standard. Multi-point locking (5-point or 7-point) available as an upgrade.
Smart lock pre-wiring (conduit and backplate for electronic lock installation) can be specified at the factory — cleaner than field modification and eliminates the most common installation complaint we hear from buyers in the North American market. Lever handle, pull handle, and knob configurations all available; specify at order.
Glass & Sidelites
Solid panel is standard. Vision panel inserts (tempered or double-glazed) and sidelite frames can be added.
For sidelite configurations, we supply the door and frame as a complete assembly — the sidelite frame is welded to the main frame, not a field-add, so the assembly arrives square and ready to install.
Thermal Performance
Standard core is honeycomb paper. Polyurethane foam core available for buyers targeting markets with thermal performance requirements.
PU core adds approximately 15–20% to unit cost but meaningfully improves insulation value — a selling point in cold-climate markets (Canada, Northern Europe, high-altitude Middle East).
Frame Type: Welded vs. KD Adjustable
Welded fixed frame or KD adjustable frame. KD frames ship flat-pack and fit into existing rough openings with ±15mm width adjustment — the right choice for replacement market buyers. Welded frames are for new construction where the rough opening is built to spec.

Frequently Asked Questions
Spec decisions, MOQ thresholds, finish performance, and lead time — the questions buyers ask before placing an order.
What steel gauge should I specify for a front door in a high-traffic commercial application?
For standard residential and light commercial use, 1.0mm SPCC cold-rolled steel on the door leaf is the right spec — it's rigid enough to resist denting under normal use and light enough to keep freight cost reasonable. For high-traffic commercial entries (office lobbies, retail storefronts, apartment building main entrances), specify 1.2mm leaf with a 2.0mm frame. The heavier gauge adds 8–12% to unit cost but meaningfully reduces the risk of panel denting and frame distortion over a high-cycle service life. For security-grade applications, ask us about the 1.5mm reinforced option with internal steel stiffeners.
What is the MOQ for custom front door sizes or panel designs?
Standard catalog sizes (W700–960mm × H2000–2100mm) have a 50-unit MOQ. Non-standard sizes and custom panel emboss profiles start at 100 units. Custom RAL colors outside our standard 60+ color range require 200 units per color. OEM private-label programs with custom branding start at 100 units per SKU.
How do I specify a front door for the replacement market where rough opening sizes vary?
Order with our KD adjustable frame option. The KD frame ships flat-pack and adjusts ±15mm in width to fit existing rough openings without masonry modification. It's the spec that makes a steel front door a viable drop-in replacement for an aging wooden door — your customers can install it without a contractor. We can also supply the door leaf only (without frame) for buyers whose customers are replacing a leaf in an existing steel frame.
What finish options hold up best for coastal or high-humidity markets?
Our standard powder coat (60–80μm, zinc phosphate pre-treatment) passes a 500-hour salt spray test — that's the baseline for coastal installations. For markets with extreme humidity or salt air exposure (Gulf coast, tropical Southeast Asia, Pacific islands), specify the PU foam core (reduces condensation on the interior face) and confirm the RAL color is from our standard range, which has been tested at full film thickness. Wood-grain thermal transfer film is not recommended for direct sun exposure in high-UV climates — it holds up well in covered entry applications but can fade on south-facing unshaded installations.
What's the lead time for a front door order, and what does the documentation package include?
Standard catalog orders ship in 25–35 days from deposit confirmation. Custom configurations are quoted individually based on engineering complexity. The standard documentation package includes commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and test certificates — complete for customs clearance in North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Australia. SGS audit reports and CE declarations are available on request.
